What we build
Remodeling is the focus. The work inside the walls is covered.
Because we are licensed for electrical and plumbing, the systems behind your walls are planned with the design from the start, not bolted on afterward.
Bathroom remodels
From a partial refresh to a complete remodel: layout, fixtures, and finishes, plus the plumbing and electrical that make a bathroom work.

Why MB Construction
One licensed contractor for the whole job
Plumbing and electrical, planned from day one
We are licensed for both, so the wiring and piping behind a new kitchen or bathroom are part of the design conversation from the start — not an afterthought.
Homes and commercial spaces
We remodel kitchens and bathrooms, and we have built out commercial offices, restaurants, and homes. Different spaces, the same standard: safe, to code, and built to last.
Established in 1997
MB Construction has been building in Concord and across the Bay Area since 1997. We hold California contractor license #909797 and are bonded and insured.
Where we work
Homes, offices, and restaurants
Residential remodels are the heart of what we do. Commercial work gets the same licensed attention.
Homes
Kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, and new homes — from a partial refresh to a complete rebuild.
Commercial offices
Office build-outs with licensed electrical and plumbing handled as part of the project.
Restaurants
Restaurant build-outs, where kitchen plumbing, power, and code requirements call for licensed hands.
